Extravagant Hope subscriptions ship free via USPS First Class Mail (good old fashioned snail mail) and do not include tracking. While the post office estimates 5 business days for delivery, on average this can take anywhere from 3 to 20 business days (M-F) domestically in the US, and up to 6-8 weeks internationally. Please be patient with the post, good things are coming! If it's been over 20 business days domestically, or over 6-8 weeks internationally, please contact us so we can work with you on your order.
In order to keep shipping costs affordable, international orders are shipped without tracking via stamped mail. Shipping times can vary, and in some cases can take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive. If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact us so we can work with you on your order.
If you need to make any changes to your order address, please do so before your order ships, as we cannot make changes after that time. Any returned orders will be happily resent to you at the correct address, but we do ask that you cover any additional shipping fees that apply.
